My main goal is to provide top-notched consulting advice and support for high-end wellness resorts & clinics, as well as amazing dinner experiences for individuals and families all over the globe. I have a deep passion for nutrition and a strong understanding of its impact on our overall health and wellness.

Hotel Angleterre, Accademia - Lausanne, Switzerland
I have been the Chef at the Accademia Restaurant of Hotel d'Angleterre for one year and a half, serving Italian cuisine. During my time there, the restaurant was recognized as the best Italian restaurant in Lausanne for 2022 and got the score of 14/20 at Gault & Millau.
Kings Mansion - Goa, India
I designed four different kitchens for the construction of a new 5-star luxury Ayurvedic health resort. I developed two distinct concepts: a gourmet restaurant located by the sea, aiming to achieve a Michelin star; and an exclusive in-house restaurant with a detoxifying approach to Ayurvedic wellness, collaborating closely with an Ayurveda doctor.
Clinique La Prairie - Montreux, Switzerland
I collaborated closely with the medical director, nutritionists, and dietitians to develop a groundbreaking concept for detox and weight loss. We utilized local biodynamic ingredients and crafted a vegan, gluten-free, and sugar-free diet, skillfully incorporating diverse spices and aromas from global cuisines. Our clientele primarily comprised VIPs with elevated demands and exceedingly high expectations. We achieved tremendous success by adapting and tailoring our offerings to fulfill customers' precise recipe requirements.
Private Chef - Miami, New York, Moscow, London, Ibiza
I worked extensively in preparing healthy cuisine, often collaborating with personal trainers. Furthermore, I provided consultancy services to several AMAN Resorts, expanding the cooking concept to promote overall well-being of both body and mind.
My expertise included developing personalized menus for up to 15 people per day, of the utmost quality, tailored to accommodate the customer's specific food preferences, dietary restrictions, and overall health concerns. I have successfully designed 4 exclusive, state-of-the-art professional kitchens for luxury residences.
